Each of our garden bars is entirely bespoke, which means the cost of each project varies greatly. However, we’ve provided some sample specifications and prices below to give you an idea of the associated cost.

5m x 3m Room

This is our smallest recommended size for a garden bar. It provides plenty of room for a mini bar and seating.

Our 6m x 3m garden bar provides enough space for a small to medium bar and seating.

Our 3D Garden Room Planner allows you to design your dream garden room. You can explore different size, height, cladding, glazing, decking and lighting options. Once you’re happy with your design, you can submit it to us for a free quote. We also offer a free design and 3D model service to anyone who’d prefer that we do it for them.

Frequently asked questions about Garden Offices

Do I need planning permission for a garden bar?

Not if you have permitted development rights and stay within 2.5m maximum height and 30m2 in size (external measurement), or the building is placed at least 2m away from your boundary. For further information please see your local authority’s planning guidelines or contact one of our advisers who will be able to assist you.

Can my garden bar have a real bar with beer pumps?

It is technically possible.

Can my garden bar have a Sky TV?

Yes, if you get Sky connected to the property and have a subscription.

Can I have a toilet and kitchen in my garden bar?

Yes, definitely. This will add additional cost due to drainage and water supply being required. However, we design and construct many rooms with toilet, shower, and kitchen facilities.

Can you use a garden bar all year round?

Yes. With double glazed windows and doors, hybris insulation in the walls, ceiling and floor, our garden rooms can be used and enjoyed all year round.

Do I need air conditioning in the summer?

You don’t need air conditioning as you have the options to have plenty of windows and doors of your choice. However, many of our clients choose to have air conditioning. We supply and fit air conditioning units, which have the capability of working as heaters during the colder months too.
