Do your small garden office's have electricity?

Yes, all of our garden offices have electricity and internal as standard. If you require anything above this, please speak to our sales advisors and we’d be happy to provide an estimate.

Can I have a toilet in my small garden office?

You can, but in some of our smallest sizes such as 3m x 2.5m you may struggle for space if you also want a desk, chair and storage. Please get in touch with our sales advisors if you want to discuss your options.

Can I use my small office all year round?

Yes, because our garden rooms are fully insulated and include one radiator as standard, you can comfortably work from your home office all year round.

In the warmer months, our large windows and bifold doors can be opened to provide a breeze and keep you cool.
